NICOLE DONATONE!

Here is out interview with Nicole!

Nicole has been singing since she was four years old, always carrying a mini recorder around the house or at her dad’s deli, Tony’s. Her mom always sang to her and both her mom and dad always played music. At eleven, Nicole started singing publicly, entering singing contests and performing at fairs, festivals, nursing homes, and cancer benefits. Throughout her life, she has had the opportunity to open for Willie Nelson, Connie Smith, Tracy Byrd, John Micheal Montgomery, Sammy Kershaw and perform with Jeanie Sealy and Jan Howard.

Nicole majored in Radio/TV and graduated in the spring of 2010. She loves working with music and on the radio. When she heard about the internship available at Penn’s Peak Radio, she jumped on the chance and became part of the Penn’s Peak Radio family. She has learned so much here and has had so much fun throughout her experience so far. Since January 2010, she has been hosting her own show. She is excited and looking forward to the journey ahead.
