Since I graduated from the Ohio Center For Broadcasting I have lost about 10-15 lbs. I’m not sure how I actually accomplished doing this but I will take what I can get. In about a month I will be heading on vacation with a few of my girlfriends and I’m considering new diets. There are so many different diets that are out on the internet and it is hard to tell what actually works. Another problem a lot of people have with losing weight, is keeping the weight off after you finish your diet. There are probably about 1 million different diets, and since everyone is different, different things work for different people. Are there diets that work better for you? I remember when I was in high school I went on a short diet and actually lost about 20 lbs just from eating a little healthier and doing a half hour to an hour of cardio every day.
I also have been working on a podcast show with one of my great friends Nick Wolff. I’m am so excited about starting this show (starts in mid April). We will be having awesome interviews and great shows, and we are actually looking on getting some advertising for the station.
